Nous recherchons pour la Seine-et-Marne proche Melun (77), secteur Pétrochimie/Raffinage:

ICAPS Administrator

During engineering, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases, the job holder shall (or shall ensure through his Yard Supervisors):
- Participate to KOM with Contractor/Subcontractor with reference to Discipline matters.
- Review the relevant Contractor's procedures (in coordination with his discipline)
- Monitor and control: the preparation of the ICAPS database by SUBSYSTEM and Location,
the implementation on worksite of the ICAPS database by CTR, if any,
that pre-commissioning progress is as per COM priorities
CTR’s daily / weekly progress report based on the ICAPS database,
CTR’s daily / weekly progress input for PL issued and resolution via the ICAPS database,
CTR’s daily / weekly progress preparation for the RFC and AOC dossier (digital or not),
- Monitor the work deficiencies and ensure the implementation of the necessary corrective actions.
- Follow up on the implementation of decided action plans, or other mitigation plan issued.
- Stop & report immediately to PCCM any anomaly or non-conformity.
- Attend, when requested, the various precom/com meetings, and provide support to the PCCM in its various reviews
- Review and approve the different precom/com tasks sheet issued by the Contractor and/or Subcontractors/Vendors’.
- Ensure that Contractor and Vendors personnel are qualified for the task they’ve been assigned to.
- Issue Non-Conformance reports or review Contractor Non-Conformance reports and validate dispositions. Intervene as necessary where warranted.
- Assist reporting during all phases and more particularly the close-out report and lesson learnt.
- To verify the completeness and correctness of the RFC/AOC dossier, manage the final project documentation and ensure the complete handover to CPY SITE Commissioning team.
- To monitor and report preparation of COW activities if any.

Confirmed ICAPS expertise, with at least 10 years’ experience in large international projects (onshore and offshore project)
• Background with TOTALENERGIES General Specifications
• Strong Knowledge of OPERCOM / ICAPS Methodology
• A good knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry Standards and International codes/standards related to design, fabrication, inspection and pre-commissioning.
• Fluency in English, speaking French is a plus.
