Tasks :
• Preparation of a provisional schedule during the tender period.
• Support of the existing Lead Planner (supervision by the Lead Planner)
• Planning support Engineering level 5/6 (not a management position but help with planning.
• Manages all Project planning functions in accordance with procedures.
• Development of project-specific procedures, including work breakdown structure and methods for
measuring progress in accordance with internal and corporate requirements.
• Organize the flow of planning and progress information with internal and external sources.
• Develop and maintain the baseline schedule for Client approval, including expected S-curves (sooner
and later) and report formats.
• Prepares progress reports in a timely manner, including statement of critical paths and deviations
from approved baseline.
• Prepare forecast schedules based on the actual status of the project and planned developments.
• Prepare specific schedules and simulations as well as summary sheets and critical path analyses.
• Ensures that changes are taken into account and is proactive in the early identification of deviations
and corrective actions.
• Preparation of the project planning report and participation in the planning of the company's reports
are provided in a timely manner.
• Work hand in hand with Project Managers/tender.
Profile :
• Graduate of an engineering background or equivalent
• Mastery of Primavera P6, Ms Project.
• Experience in civil and building engineering.
• Knowledge of key areas of planning and current engineering best practices.
• You are precise and methodical, you like to work in a team, anticipate the progress of a project over
time and inform of its evolution.
• You are recognized for your sense of organization.
• A good level of English is required to hold this position.
